The Great House on the property was discovered after years of being abandoned, restored and is now a listed heritage building, where guests can visit for tours, conferences, weddings, and special events.

In 2012, our family was able to replant Trinitario cocoa trees on the estate, and a few years later, we began to manufacture gourmet chocolate bars, handmade with love. 

The recipe and techniques for our smooth, rich and clean finishing chocolate took years of work , and we craft our chocolates with the utmost care. See for yourself why many consider us to have one of the best chocolates in Trinidad & Tobago!

Small quantities of exquisite honey are also sometimes available from our buzzing apiary!

 

Seasonal, uncommon produce from the estate is often available, and we are passionate about planting many different types of fruit trees.
