ABOUT OMARBEANS ORGANIC

Omarbeans Organic is a family-run enterprise that has been established by Javed and Stephanie Omardeen and focuses on tree-to-bar creations. With a deep fascination and love for nature, mother and son decided to purchase two estates, the Little Hermit Estate comprising approximately 10 acres, and the Tinamou Estate comprising 5 acres, and dedicate their lives to creating a regenerative space where plants, crops, and animals could live in harmony. Their cocoa beans are then fermented and processed in their facilities into excellent chocolate products, in fact, their specially fermented flavorful beans already won awards, representing Trinidad and Tobago at the 2021 Edition of the global Cocoa of Excellence Programme in Paris.

 

The Place 

The tiny village of 300 inhabitants, Brasso Seco, is home to pristine rainforests, and breathtaking natural beauties, such as spectacular hiking trails and crystal-clear waterfalls. The cool temperatures, wide varieties of flora and fauna, and the abundant natural springs contribute to its fertile hillsides and make it the perfect space to cultivate cocoa.

 

The Bean

Omarbeans Organic beans flavor is described as a balance between browned fruits and fresh fruit notes, such as red and tropical yellow fruits, and a perfumery orange blossom note.
